Hi my name is Hayden I am 17 years old and an Apprentice at Applied Integration. Since starting my apprenticeship at the start of September 2015 I have currently spent the majority of my time studying at college however have attended Applied Integration during the college breaks.

From what I am experiencing so far I really enjoy working at the company due to the atmosphere there and the career that it could potentially lead to. While at Applied Integration I have learnt lots of new things both hands on and academically. I have learned how to do basic programming and also have had hands on work with circuits at the panel facility.

At college I am currently studying my level 2 PEO in Engineering as well as my level 3 BTEC once a week. I am working as hard as I can during college and I aiming to complete my PEO and BTEC to the best of my ability as well as my HNC for the last two years of my apprenticeship as well. I am trying to peruse a career in the engineering field and will try to go on to learn more during further education for another 4 years after my apprenticeship.

    Feel free to ask questions.

    Hayden Cartwright
