Applied Integration UK Ltd has successfully developed a new Gas Detection Visualisation system for one of the global leaders of Gas Detection and Safety Systems. The visualisation software graphically depicts all essential parameters of a gas monitoring system. Using multiple customer specific zoom-in layers allowing a quick overview of the complete plant layout as well as point to point information. At any given time the actual gas concentration and functional states like warning or fault conditions and alarm/trend logs are available at a click of a button.
The system now comes complete with Engineering page where engineers can modify individual channel settings to suit the gas type, rather than these setting being 'hard coded' into the SCADA Configuration. Settings include Gas Type, Range, Unit, Tag Name, Alarm Settings. Several new Gas Detection Visualisation systems have now been installed at sites around the UK.
